These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the soldbaji platform and all its services. By accessing the soldbaji website, creating an account, or using any service, you fully agree to these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the soldbaji platform. Please read all sections carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms are written for users in Bangladesh. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and users will be notified of any changes accordingly.

2. Account Registration and Management

A valid account registration is required to enjoy the full benefits of the soldbaji platform. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Important Account Rules:

• Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.
• Account login details (username and password) must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Full responsibility for account security rests with the account holder. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• The name, address, and identity document details provided on the account must match the details on the payment method used.
• soldbaji may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. The account may be restricted if the required verification is not completed.
• A user may not manage an account on behalf of another person or place bets using third-party funds.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

The soldbaji platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
• A copy of your national identity card or passport may be requested for age verification.
• Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and all winnings may be forfeited.
• Users must be residents of Bangladesh and must use this platform in compliance with local laws.
• Any person on an exclusion list (including self-exclusion) may not create or operate an account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on soldbaji are handled through a fully secure and transparent process. Detailed deposit and withdrawal rules are provided below.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

soldbaji offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These bonuses are subject to specific conditions.

Welcome Bonus:

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance will be ৳62,000.
• A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds. This means a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳20,000 in bets.

• The welcome bonus is available to each user once only.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Bonuses may only be used for betting purposes — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If an attempt to abuse approved bonuses is detected, the account may be suspended.
• soldbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6. Betting Rules

The soldbaji platform allows betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as online casino games. All betting activities will be governed by the rules below.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, soldbaji reserves the right to void or correct that bet.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software or system error will not be considered valid.
• If betting manipulation, match fixing, or any attempt to obtain funds through dishonest means is detected, the account will be permanently closed.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the result declared by the official authority will be considered final.
• soldbaji reserves the right to decline any bet or set maximum limits.
• In live betting, if a bet is recorded after an event has occurred due to network delay, it may be considered void.

7. Security and Privacy

soldbaji uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. We use safe and reliable technology to ensure fair play.

10. Limitation of Liability
